● Once the food is ready, the server brings it directly to the customer’s table.
● After the order is completed, a GST-supported tax-split invoice is automatically generated and can be accessed by both the customer and staff from their accounts.
● At the same time, 10% loyalty discount points are added to the customer’s account.
● To use these points, the customer keeps visiting the restaurant, placing orders again and again, because the points never expire due to loyalty strategy.

  •  User Accounts: We provide different accounts for chefs, servers, and managers, allowing them to monitor and manage customer orders and adjust order statuses & communication with customer. Customers can view any order changes or any messages in their account.
  • Rating and Reviews: customers can rate the food items with  5 star ratings and can review about it in comments. This feature helps to build your Restaurant brand and endorse items about taste and quality.
  • Best Sellers & Today Specials: Highlight and update your restaurant’s best-selling items in front page menu &  also display a separately a special items of the day menu to keep your menu dynamic.
  • Food Item Timings: Each item can be displayed as per the available timings of the day. You can also display as “shop closed” at front page at your  closing times or at  any particular day.
  • Ingredients and Cooking Method: once you provide us the details of item like ingredients, cooking method style and any history of the item, then we will include it in the food item details page.   • QR Scan Menu & order online:  customers scan QR code at their table in Restaurant and orders items to their table number, customer will be provide multiple payment methods for payments such as cards, wallets, net banking, UPI etc.
  • Order Tracking: Chef & Server can send each item and order status messages to customer’s easily,  customers can track these in live & can also send their messages to staff handling their order . 
  • Refund Options: Managers can Easily process refunds , and issue credit notes if any to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Tip to Chef & Server: chef and server names  automatically mentioned to customer for each order while processing it. If the customer wanna pay any tip to that particular item chef or order handling server then they can pay by scanning QR code of that particular person.
  • Invoice Generation: Generate invoices for each order or multiple orders with options to print or download. Customers can also view their order invoices in their account.
  • Restaurant Email connect to staff Gmail for Queries: Exmple: Support.info@restaurantname.com you can send emails from this  email using your Gmail itself.  Messages to the restaurant email will be forwarded to staff Gamil.
  • Daily Backups & Item Updates: We maintain your website with daily backups. and you can request to update your menu items, prices, timings and new items etc a few times in a month. but we do not do frequent updates as it consumes our staff time.
