What We Do

With DIOSAP, restaurant customers can easily view the menu and place orders by simply scanning a QR code at their table. We offer multiple payment options using payment gateway, including credit/debit cards and UPI (e.g., Google Pay), ensuring convenience for all.

  • About & Gallery & Endorsment: You can mention about your restaurant in few lines and can display Celebrity Endorsement & Gallery related to ambience, founders, chefs etc. You can find the demo at the end of this page.
  • Customized Accounts: We provide different accounts for chefs, servers, and managers, allowing them to monitor and manage customer orders and adjust order statuses. Customers can view any order changes in their account.
  • Order Management: Managers can manually create orders for cash payments, which customers can then pay by cash or through digital methods.
  • Refund Options: Easily process refunds, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Best Sellers & Today Specials: Highlight and update your restaurant’s best-selling items & special items of the day to keep your menu dynamic.
  • Food Item Timings: Each Product can be displayed as per the availability Timings and Dates. You can also display as “shop closed” on any day.
  • Rating and Reviews: customers can rate the food items with star ratings and can review about it in comments. This feature helps to build quality of your business.
  • Ingredients and Cooking Method: you can mention about ingredients and cooking method style in the food item details page. You have to give us the details. Example format is given for Dosa item in tiffins section, please look into it.
  • Order Tracking: Chef & Server can update the each item and order status in customer note, then it will be displayed in order updates tracking page of customer.
  • Tip to Chef & Server: chef and server can mention their names in customer note it will be displayed in order updates tracking page of customer. If the customer wanna pay any tip to that particular item chef or order handling server then they can pay by scanning QR code of that particular person.
  • Invoice Generation: Generate and manage invoices for each order, with options to print or download as a single or as bulk. Customers can also view their invoices in their account.
  • Cashback Wallet (Optional): Incorporating a cashback wallet system gives restaurants the option to offer customers a reward for their orders, which can be redeemed on future visits. This strategy not only encourages repeat business but also fosters customer loyalty, driving sustained revenue growth.
  • Customer Engagement: You have an option to Send Emails to Subscribed customers about special items or events, keeping them engaged with your restaurant.
  • Company Email connected to your Gmail: Exmple: Manager@restaurantname.com you can send emails from this company email using your Gmail. Also messages to the company email will be forwarded to your Gamil.
  • Daily Backups: We maintain your website with daily backups, and you can request updates to your menu and timings and availability as needed.
  • Affordable Pricing: Our service is available for a modest monthly fee of Rs.1300 + GST.
